have you heard of the legend of the fountain of youth? Well, i think i´ve found it ;)

It is said the fountain of youth is a spring that restores the youth of anyone who drinks or bathes in its water. Tales of such a fountain have been recounted across the world for thousands of years, appearing in writings and searched by people all over the world, if only they knew there is one only 50 km away from Vienna..

They should´ve asked me from the beginning, i mean, wouldn´t that´ve been easier for everyone? lol

Now, for real, if you live in Vienna, in less than an hour you can reach Thermalbad Vöslau, a charming thermal bath place. You´re now thinking of Vöslauer water, right? Well, exactly! In the thermal bath there is the original spring of the Vöslauer water and it is 15.000 years old. Say what???

The place has this motto: jung bleiben, meaning "stay young"and reminds you of Sissi´s palace, all painted in the typical Schönbrunn yellow color and it has these 3 areas.

The first one, the pools, the second, the cabins, that you can even rent for the whole summer and a little higher, there is the third one, a large park with mini golf, trees and more cabins.

I saw the first 2 parts and i was like "ok, they´re pretty", but then, when i arrived up on the hill and saw the green space, with those cute cabins and people hanging on hammocks, i was really impressed! Besides, we sat and had shakes at the loveliest cabin café there is, really charming, i must say.

So yes, August has just began, we´re enjoying a midsummer delight... there is not a better place to refresh and become younger than here, at Thermalbad Vöslauer Beautiful place, pools full of Vöslauer water, good food and nice atmosphere...not to think about all those valuable mineral components in the Vöslauer water.
